MHPOffice supports both email and text reminders for your clients.
Email reminders are free, and are customizable in the settings.
You can specify some custom text to go alongside each reminder, and the information we provide only tells them about an appointment, so no personal details are exposed.
Text reminders cost $0.02, that's 2 cents per appointment reminder!
We do not reveal any details such as their name or the clinician they are seeing in order to preserve complete confidentiality.
